New Law For Off Leash Dogs In Los Angeles

Even though we have always suppose to have kept our dogs on a leash while in public, LA will now be handing our stiff fines for those who don't.  Police will now be on the lookout for people who don't have their pooch leashed under an umbrella of a crime considered to be disruptive to the "quality of life".  You can read more about this in the LA Times with their article entitled "Walking The Dog Off Leash?
