New Wine Bar In Toluca Lake

As much as I love real estate and writing all about the market...my first love is wine.  And we are getting a new wine bar in Toluca Lake and I can't wait. I walked by the window the other day and saw the sign "Spin The Bottle". I'm hoping they have a spread of great cheese, cured meats and other fun things to go along with their wine. I'm sure I will be taking some of my clients here for meetings if it turns out to be a good place.
